What's behind the Logo?
As many of you may have realised, Jollybrew is going through some significant changes. For the last year I've been looking at ways in which we can improve our company and a logo change has been on the cards for sometime. Don't get me wrong, I still like the hat and moustache logo which I first drew up nearly 5 years ago now, but I feel that things are moving and we as a brand need to move with them. It just doesn't quite say what we want it to say about us as a family run, independent, ethical company.
I've always been proud of where and how we started Jollybrew. Back in 2014, with little money in my pocket, this stay at home Dad dreamt up an idea...to turn a passion into a business right where we were at that time, in the heart of the Chiltern Hills, so in the logo you'll notice that has now been incorporated. It's a big part of our very small history.
I wanted a colour that really said a lot about who we are as a company:
Luxury Tea Specialists, Ethically Minded and Trustworthy.
You'll noticed that we have moved to a much darker green.
Lastly, simplicity. Often we can over complicate things and our current logo was a tad busy, so we have striped it back a bit, going for a much cleaner look.
Anyway, I really hope you like the new look logo. It was a incredibly tough decision, after all, it has been nearly 5 years of Mr Jolly.
With these changes means some very important packaging changed too which will be revealed soon (it's all very exciting).
Thanks for reading and thank you for your continued support.
